Ideorix is a web-based, AI-assisted writing system designed to help users plan and write books.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ideorix.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• All activity under your account

Do not share your login details.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Ideorix operates on a subscription model

• A 7-day free trial is provided

• Billing begins after the trial unless cancelled

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ideorix for illegal purposes

• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system

• Attempt to overload or disrupt the service

• Share or resell access without permission

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ideorix (software, branding, UI) is owned by us

• Your writing remains yours

• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service

7. AI Limitations

Ideorix provides assistance, not guarantees.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI outputs

• That content will be publishable

• That using Ideorix will result in a completed book

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These terms are violated

• There is abuse of refunds or trials

• Required by law

9. Disclaimer

Ideorix is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Lost work

• Lost profits

• Creative or publishing outcomes

Use of the service is at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideorix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
