We want Ideorix to feel like a safe, low-risk way to explore writing your book. That’s why we offer both a free trial and a clear refund window.

Free Trial

Ideorix offers a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans.
During this period, you can explore the platform and decide whether it’s right for you — no charge.

We strongly encourage new users to make full use of the trial before subscribing.

Refund Eligibility

If you decide to continue after the trial and are charged, you’re still covered by our refund policy.

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first paid subscription (monthly or yearly).

To be eligible:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of your first payment

• The request must be sent to admin@ideorix.com

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Subscription Renewals

• Refunds do not apply to renewal payments

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges

• Once a renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable

This helps us keep pricing fair for everyone while protecting against misuse.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

While we operate on a trust-first basis, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

• Repeated refund requests across multiple subscriptions

• Clear abuse of the system (e.g. heavy usage followed by refund requests)

• Attempts to bypass the trial and refund policy

These situations are rare, but this policy helps keep Ideorix affordable and sustainable for all users.

• The email address used for your account

• A brief note stating you’d like a refund

No explanations required.

Payment Processing

Payments and refunds are handled securely via Stripe and Paddle.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
